Private Webinar: How to Complete Your FMEA in 1/3rd the Time and Without Missing Any Critical Failure Modes by Howard Cooper

February 15, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Note this is a private event.  If you are interested in this course, please contact us for more information [email protected]

Course Description:
This new powerful FMEA method has been presented at RAMS and at NDIA’s GVSETS international symposiums in a short 40-minute format. Now, you get the important details in a 3-hour live, interactive session to help you complete your FMEA in 1/3rd the time. This FMEA method has played a large part in helping 26 different system development teams to mitigate critical failure modes, safety hazards and make innovative system improvements.
This FMEA method can be applied when doing; PFMEA, DFMEA, SWFMEA, or FMECA with an Excel template (provided at no cost with your paid registration) or you can use your own FMEA software packages.

This course is for experienced FMEA facilitators and for engineers or specialists wanting to conduct or do their own FMEA’s. Learn how Zoom and other remote-meeting tools can be used to improve team participation. After this detailed webinar you will be given the opportunity for several free follow-up coaching sessions to help you completely populate your FMEA in 1/3rd the time and not miss any critical failure modes. You may also ask about our 2-3 day FMEA workshop to get it done faster and better involve your FMEA team.

In the world of 2021-22 (new normal), where we are resigned to limited access, limited resources, limited experienced guidance and fewer live FMEA team meetings, these significant issues can be exacerbated, such as frequent and critical delays in effective processing of a FMEA. When FMEA activities are interrupted or delayed the results leave us vulnerable to producing products and systems of poor quality, poor reliability, poor maintainability and more prone to safety hazards, products of limited value in the market-place. This webinar with its follow-up coaching sessions will help you address these concerns and provided innovative and proven mitigation tactics. You will gain necessary strategies to reverse the trend in poor FMEA effectiveness and efficiency. You can complete your FMEA activities in 1/3rd the time, without missing any critical failure modes.
Avoid product failure, warranty recalls, and safety law-suits while you improve your product’s value, to win in the market place.

About your instructor:
Howard Cooper
has spent 12 years facilitating DfR and DFMEA, Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis, helping many engineering groups find innovative solution to their “unsolvable problems”, critical failure modes, safety hazards, etc., using DFMEA and his PDS-G, Principle Driven Solutions-Generator tool. He helped 26 separate engineering teams find innovative solutions, resulting in improved systems which saved millions over the legacy systems they had been using. Howard is an expert in FMEA, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Systems Reliability, Design for Reliability, and developed PDD, Principle Driven Development for driving innovation and value in product and systems development.

He has coached manufacturers, design teams, hospitals, telecom, data centers, office complexes, oil companies, etc. to achieve increased reliability and Ao uptime, resulting in increased profits. Mr. Cooper has been a speaker, presenting papers at annual conventions for: RAMS, NDIA, GVSETS, IMTBA, ASHE, ULPA, LPI, SME and INCOSE.
