Causal analysis is a process that is foundational to all aspects of work, from advanced engineering concept and technology activities through product development, process development, product performance, and the necessity to deal with problems when a product/service fails in the customer domain. This 2-hour webinar, which costs $200, introduces the practitioner to a prescriptive methodology for initiating and documenting an evidence based casual analysis along with the related investigative actions used to pursue the cause(s). Problems can be convergent or divergent as well as political and/or behavioral. This session will raise the awareness of the attendee to these various distinctions and will offer guidance on approaches to these different challenges.
